antifa

There needs to be a feature-length film about antifa in movie theaters

A left wing propaganda film called “God and Country” that targets conservative Christians (and essentially conservatives in general) was recently released and is now playing in movie theaters across the United States.

After watching the trailer, the first thought that came to my mind was that there needs to be a feature-length movie like this about the terrorist group antifa.

In fact, the movie should go beyond antifa and discuss any other related left wing radical groups in the United States that used violence and taking the public hostage (example, blocking roads) during the last decade for political control and influence.

This film needs to show the ample video footage of the thugs clad in black clothing and masks attacking civilians and police across the country, torching and destroying property and attempting to shut down public events that interfered with their mission.

While footage of these attacks has been widely shared on social media and has received press coverage since as early as 2016, I have found that many Americans (predominantly left-leaning) have shut their minds completely off to the subject of left wing terrorism. Not only that, many have even gone to the extent to say that antifa does not exist.

There needs to be a film that goes in depth about who these radical groups are, how they came to exist and how their networks function. There also needs to be discussion about politicians, mostly Democrats, who turned a blind eye to them because they were useful tools to intimidate opposition. Some Democrats even outright promoted antifa, such as Keith Ellison when he was deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee in 2018.

The biggest name I know of who has documented footage and notes on antifa is Andy Ngo who published the book “Unmasked: Inside Antifa’s Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy” in 2021 (I have already messaged Andy about this idea). I would love to see a film get its foot into theaters that features people who have tracked antifa and expose their networks and funding sources.

On a final note, a film about left wing terrorism is needed to level the playing field with this “God and Country” film now in the picture. The timing right now for this project is perfect so it is released before the 2024 presidential election.
