Run for Office

Are you thinking about taking the plunge in running for office at the local, state or federal level? Republican Atheists is glad to point you in the right direction for campaign resources.

High up state positions are not the only positions that matter, there are also positions with school boards, state legislatures and city councils. Even positions on water boards and corporate commissions are important.

• Resources for running for federal positions are provided by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) can be found here.
• If you are planning to run for a state position, you can find campaign resources through your state’s Secretary of State.
• Information for local positions is provided by your city and county governments.

Additionally, be sure to contact national, state and local Republican parties for more information about running for office.
