Introducing Steve Anderson, our first Director of Election Affairs
Republican Atheists is excited to introduce our new Director of Election Affairs, Steve Anderson, whom also serves as our Illinois Correspondent.
This position is brand new and involves informing the public about how to register to vote, where to go to learn about public officials holding office, and where to find upcoming election dates in your state.
Anderson is a GOP political strategist who is experienced in campaign development at the local level to statewide and Congress, offering services through his own firm SA Consulting. He has worked with politicians and campaign staff of various backgrounds across the country. Additionally he is located in the suburbs of Chicago and serves as the vice chair of Stand Up Republic Illinois, a branch of the organization Stand Up Republic.
Republican Atheists looks forward to developing as a more outspoken organization that encourages American citizens to participate in the voting process and to stay aware of who their local and state level public officials are. We plan to occasionally publish updates about upcoming state elections and to remind supporters to keep their voter registration up to date.
